If the skin surface is intact and there are no bleeding wounds, it can generally be used as part of everyday skincare to replenish moisture and maintain comfort. When using acids or resurfacing products, allow about 15 minutes between them and EX+ Serum Spray. After laser, peel or invasive treatments, follow the aftercare instructions provided by your clinic and wait until the skin surface has fully recovered. Begin with a small amount the first time after a treatment so the skin can adjust gradually.

Some users may notice a brief warm or lightly tingling sensation when first applying EX+ Serum Spray. This is often related to temporary dryness, dehydration, uneven surface texture or an unstable oil–water balance and does not mean the product has deteriorated. The sensation may be more noticeable when serum meets a drier surface and usually fades within a few minutes. As hydration improves and skin becomes more balanced, this temporary feeling often becomes less noticeable. Use an appropriate amount and press gently to let skin adjust. If discomfort is pronounced or persistent, rinse with water and pause use while checking your skin’s condition.

This is the natural raw-material scent of high-concentration ergothioneine, not a sign that the product has deteriorated, so you can use it with confidence. Ergothioneine is a natural amino-acid derivative with a sulfur-containing structure, which may create a brief, faint distinctive scent at higher concentrations. It normally dissipates within seconds after misting and does not affect product quality or everyday use.
