01Are the ingredients suitable for everyday use?＋
The formula centers on naturally derived and safety-assessed cosmetic ingredients, with quality and safety review performed according to cosmetic requirements. Because sensitivities vary, first-time users and delicate skin types should patch test behind the ear or on the inner arm.
02How should I use the serum spray?＋
After cleansing morning and evening, hold the bottle 15–20 cm from the face, close your eyes and mist evenly about 5–6 times. Press gently to help absorption. Reapply lightly whenever skin feels dry or tight, or before and after makeup as needed.
03When might I notice a difference?＋
The fine mist provides an immediate sense of hydration and comfort. With consistent use, skin may gradually appear smoother, more supple and refined. We suggest observing your skin over 7–14 days; results vary with skin condition, amount, frequency and environment, and no fixed timeline is guaranteed.
04Can I use it after an aesthetic procedure?＋
Recovery varies by procedure and individual. Follow your physician or clinic’s aftercare instructions. Do not apply to open, bleeding, unstable or visibly inflamed skin. Wait until the surface has fully healed and a professional confirms use is appropriate. Separate use from acids or other highly active products and patch test first.
05What if my skin feels warm or tingly?＋
A brief warm or tingling sensation may relate to dryness, a compromised barrier or individual sensitivity, but it does not mean the product is “working.” Do not push through significant discomfort. If stinging, redness or swelling is pronounced or persistent, stop use, rinse with water and consult a dermatologist if symptoms continue.
06Why is there a faint raw-ingredient scent?＋
Ergothioneine is a sulfur-containing amino-acid derivative, and together with botanical ingredients it may contribute a brief natural raw-material scent that usually dissipates after misting. Scent intensity is not proof of concentration or efficacy. If the odor changes noticeably, stop use and ask the brand to check storage conditions.
07Can I use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?＋
Skin condition and medical circumstances differ during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Share the complete ingredient list with your obstetrician and use only after receiving personalized approval. Patch test first, and pause use if skin is itchy, reactive or unstable.
